By accessing or using FreakFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using FreakFinder, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. AI-Generated Content

All profiles on FreakFinder are AI-generated. The companions you interact with are artificial intelligence programs, not real people. Profile images are AI-generated. Conversations are powered by AI language models. No real person is on the other end of any chat conversation.

4. Credits and Payments

FreakFinder uses a credit-based system. Each new user receives 5 free messages per profile. Additional messages require credits, which can be purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempt to extract personal information from AI companions
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Submit content depicting or describing minors in any sexual context

6. Content Disclaimer

The Service may contain adult-oriented content including suggestive language and AI-generated images. All content is fictional and AI-generated. FreakFinder is not responsible for any content generated by AI that may be considered offensive. AI responses are not professional advice of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreakFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or financial losses from credit purchases.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
